| How much does it cost to have a membership with eHouseBoatSite? |
Membership is free when you allow us to host your web site on our servers.
If you have a web site, then you know you are paying a company to provide space on the internet for your site to reside. Allow us to move your web site to our web servers and you will receive free membership. Our web hosting accounts are $25 per month on our Unix servers and $30 per month on our IIS servers. An unlimited number of email accounts are included.
If you decide you don't want to change web hosting companies you can purchase a membership for $360 per year. |

| HOW DOES THE FREE ADVERTISING SPACE WORK? |
It is our goal at eHouseBoatSite to provide houseboat rental operators with the tools they need to market their business without a lot of expense. That is why we provide you with free ad space. You are free to sell this space to whom you want and for as much as you want.
Each member is given two ad spaces on the Waterways page and two on the State/Province page. The intent is that your houseboat rental company will sell this ad space to local companies that benefit from the business that your houseboat rental company brings into the community. Potential customers for these ad spots include Restaurants, Bars, Grocery Stores, sight seeing venues, historical tours, marinas, gas stations etc.
In addition to the free ad space, if you can get local companies to provide discounts for your customers we will build a page to house any coupons or discounts they want to offer, this way your customers can print and redeem the coupons when they visit your advertiser.
Because your rental customers are highly qualified buyers of your advertisers products this advertising space is valued at $50 per spot per month ($2,400 per year). However you are welcome to sell the ad space for whatever amount you want. Even at $25 per month per ad spot you can see how this feature can easily provide a little extra income. |
